- Provide an outline of the manufacturing process including machinery and raw materials to be used and their source, details of any waste produced
- Building proposal including a preliminary site development plan (sketch with dimensions)
- Competitive Assessment, List of regional competitors
- Target Customers
- Marketing plan including the promotion and distribution strategies
- Summary of the company’s financial results for the last three years
- Sales and profitability projections for the proposed project for the first three years
- Outline and breakdown of the proposed financial investment
- Outline of how the project will be funded
- Total employment at completion of the project by year 5
- Organization structure, listing key management with resumes
- Please outline the percentage of Bahrainis to be employed at project completion
